- MIRBUD received the TRYTON 2019 award for construction of the municipal pre-school in Świnoujście.
- The Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers (PZPB) accepted MIRBUD S.A. as a member of the Association.
- On February 26, the Castorama store in Włocławek was opened. MIRBUD S.A. is the contractor of the Park Kujawia facility with an area of 16,900 m2, which houses, i.a., Castorama.
- The consortium of companies, where MIRBUD PBDiM Kobylarnia - a member of the MIRBUD Capital Group - is the member, and MIRBUD S.A. is the partner, was selected for the construction of provincial road No. 455 in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. Value of the proposal: PLN 164,700,000.02 gross.
- The Company received information about the selection of its proposal for the construction of the Radom airport terminal. Value of the proposal: PLN 280,499,000.00 gross.

In February, the Company submitted proposals in nine non-public procedures and six public tenders. The value of the submitted proposals is PLN 1,329,296,757.50 net.

EVENTS
- Dolnośląska Służba Dróg i Kolei we Wrocławiu (Lower Silesian Roads and Rail Service in Wrocław) chose the proposal of the consortium of the following companies: PBDiM Kobylarnia S.A. (leader) and MIRBUD S.A. (partner) for the construction of a provincial road from provincial road No. 455 to national road No. 98 - in the "design and build" formula. Value of the proposal: PLN 164,700,000.02 gross.
- The District Court in Bydgoszcz (13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register) registered an increase in the share capital of PBDiM Kobylarnia S.A. to PLN 25,000,000.

CURRENT EVENTS
- In February, the Bike Moto Center, a popular bicycle and motorcycle center in Poland, was opened. The store with an area of almost 1,200 square meters offers has mainly bicycles (MTB, CROSS, TREKKING, CITY, JUNIOR), helmets, gloves and bicycle clothing. Motorcycles, scooters and quads are also available. Customers will also find here an extensive FITNESS offer and bicycle service.
- The Veturilo bicycle station located in the MARYWILSKA 44 Shopping Complex officially started this year's season. The number of users of this means of transport is growing, the possibility of renting a bicycle is an alternative method of travel to the complex. Owing to the Veturilo station and the new cycle paths created in the area, employees and customers gain easy and comfortable access to the Shopping Complex.
ORGANIZED EVENTS:
- Mazurskie Agro Show, February 8-9, 2020, agricultural machinery exhibition organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Agricultural Machines and Equipment, 6th edition of the event, where 265 exhibitors presented their offer within more than 20,000 square meters. The event was attended by 35,000 visitors.
