Today, the MIRBUD Capital Group has five companies which allow diverse business in many areas:
- MIRBUD S.A. - industrial construction engineering, public buildings, commercial construction projects, residential construction, and road engineering;
- KOBYLARNIA S.A. - manufacturing and installation of bitumen mixes;
- TRANSKOL Sp. z o.o. - overhaul and new construction of rail infrastructure lines;
- JHM DEVELOPMENT S.A. - real estate development;
- MARYWILSKA 44 Sp. z o.o. - commercial space rental, MARYWILSKA 44 Shopping Mall and Park in Warsaw, and warehouse and logistics park in Ostróda.
MIRBUD was founded in 1988 in Skierniewice, central Poland. A testament to the company’s dynamic growth over the years has been the numerous awards and distinctions, including Gazele Biznesu (the Gazelles of Business), Diamenty Forbesa (Forbes Diamonds), Filary Polskiej Gospodarki (the Pillars of Polish Economy) and Perły Polskiej Gospodarki (the Pearls of Polish Economy). In 2023, the company won the Construction Company of the Year (Budowlana Spółka Roku) from the Executive Club magazine, and won again in the Road Infrastructure category in 2025. Today, MIRBUD S.A. is among the biggest general contractors in Poland.
