- A contract was signed in Radom with the State Enterprise "Porty Lotnicze" for the construction of an airport terminal. Contract value: PLN 280,499,000.00 gross.
- The Company signed a letter of intent to build a hypermarket in Ełk. Contract value: PLN 37,526,685.00 gross.
- In March, MIRBUD is qualified for the sWIG80 index of listed companies.
SUBMITTED PROPOSALS
In March, the Company submitted proposals in five non-public procedures and seven public tenders. The value of the submitted proposals is PLN 1,502,923,437.46 net.

PROGRESS OF WORKS ON CONSTRUCTION SITES
EVENTS
- The Consortium of companies composed of: PBDiM KOBYLARNIA S.A. (leader) and MIRBUD S.A. (partner) will design and build S11 Koszalin Szczecinek road on Koszalin–Bobolice section. In March, a contract for the performance of this task was signed in Koszalin. Contract value: PLN 450,000,000.00 gross.
- A proposal submitted by the Consortium of companies composed of: PBDiM KOBYLARNIA S.A. (leader) and MIRBUD S.A. (partner) was selected in an open tender titled: "Continuation of design and construction of S-5 expressway on the section Nowe Marzy –Bydgoszcz–border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province and Wielkopolska Province, divided into 2 parts: Part 2 – Continuation of design and construction of S-5 expressway on the section from Dworzysko junction (without the junction) to Aleksandrovo junction (with the junction) of about 22.4 km". Value of the proposal: PLN 583,377,261.00 gross.
- The Consortium of companies composed of: PBDiM KOBYLARNIA S.A. (leader) and MIRBUD S.A. (partner) signed a contract for the execution of a task entitled "Continuation of design and construction of S-5 expressway on the section Nowe Marzy–Bydgoszcz–border of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province and Wielkopolska Province, on the section from "Białe Błota" junction (without the junction) to "Szubin" junction (without the junction) of about 9.7 km". Contract value: PLN 359,434,109.35 gross.
- In March, PBDiM KOBYLARNIA S.A. was awarded the Eagle of the "Wprost" Weekly in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province in "Entrepreneurship" category.
- A contract was signed for renovation of district road No. 2919C Zgłowiączka–Wiktorowo. Contract value: PLN 1,722,000 net.

In March, the Company submitted seven proposals in public tenders at the amount of PLN 2,185,367,042.44 gross and in one non-public procedure at the amount of PLN 2,795,859.06 gross.

CURRENT EVENTS
- In March 2020, the MARYWILSKA 44 Shopping Center was available to customers from the 1st to the 13th day of the month.
- By virtue of the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of March 14, 2020, a ban on trade was introduced for facilities above 2,000 m2, excluding grocery stores, pharmacies, construction stores and stores with pet products.
- On March 31, 2020, the Act on amending the act on specific solutions related to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them, together with certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 568) came into force, under which 98% of lease agreements in the Marywilska 44 Shopping Center were terminated until further notice.
- From the end of March 2020, the following facilities have remained at the disposal of customers at the MARYWILSKA 44 Shopping Center: Biedronka discount food store, Świat Prasy press salon and a pharmacy.
- The following also remain open at the Shopping Center: PSB Mrówka with products for the house and garden, Jeta bathroom showroom and Romax – a doors and floors store.
ORGANIZED EVENTS:
- March 3-4, 2020: The 2nd "Concrete in Road Engineering" Forum – a conference organized by the Polish Road Congress – the Polish National Committee for PIARC (World Road Association), the Association of Cement Producers and the Association of the Lime Industry. The conference was accompanied by an exhibition where companies presented a wide range of materials, chemical additives, machines and equipment used in road construction and maintenance.
COMPLETED EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENTS:
- Promotional stand of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at Agro Park in Lublin from February 29 to March 1, 2020 – 100 sq.m.
The Company complied with the recommendations for exhibition and fair facilities resulting from the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of March 13, 2020 on declaring a state of epidemic threat in the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 433) and recommendations issued by the Governor of Warmia and Mazury Province, thus, postponing all the Company’s projects planned for March and April to the second half of 2020. The execution of projects for external customers, both in the Company Headquarters and outside it, was canceled or postponed.
